We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation outside 14 days prior to your tour date, your deposit, less $10 per person will be refunded to you. If you need to change your reservation date or time, you may do so one time, outside the 14 days prior to your originally scheduled time, at no charge. No refunds or reschedules will be given with less than 14 days notice. Your reservation is transferable, so you can give it away or sell it if you choose.

Groups consisting of 15 or more individuals are required to cancel (with penalty) more than 14 days prior to scheduled tour date. A cancellation / handling fee of $10.00 per participant will be assessed with the balance refunded. TOURS CANCELLING WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND.

• You must book your group at least 7 days before arrival.
• You must pay for the group on a single credit card and pay in full at time of booking. If your class is cancelled due to rain you are still responsible for payment of 15 folks at the re-scheduled time or the discount will not apply.

Tours sell out well in advance. Guides and staff are scheduled well in advance of tour dates and costs remain the same when guests fail to keep their reservation. Vacancies may not be able to be filled on short notice. Participants who fail to keep their reservations will not be issued a refund.

If we cancel your class due to weather or other unforeseeable condition, we will reschedule your class for another available time, or give you a full refund...your choice. Once we reschedule your climb the change of reservation policy renews itself.
