We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation outside 14 days prior to your tour date, your deposit, less $10 per person will be refunded to you. If you need to change your reservation date or time, you may do so one time, outside the 14 days prior to your originally scheduled time, at no charge. No refunds or reschedules will be given with less than 14 days notice. Your reservation is transferable, so you can give it away or sell it if you choose. 

 GROUPS******
 You must pay for the group on a single credit card and pay in full one month prior to booking. If your class is cancelled due to rain and you choose to re-schedule you are responsible for payment 30 days prior to the new established date.

Tours sell out well in advance. Guides and staff are scheduled well in advance of tour dates and costs remain the same when guests fail to keep their reservation. Vacancies may not be able to be filled on short notice. Participants who fail to keep their reservations will not be issued a refund.

*****Special note to GROUPS. If you have a group coming please note if a lesser number shows up you will not be given any refund because of prep time for number of ropes to match number in your group, because larger groups require additional support staff, and because we held those spots open for your group.

 If we cancel your class due to weather or other unforeseeable condition, we will reschedule your class for another available time, or give you a full refund...your choice. Once we reschedule your climb the change of reservation policy renews itself.
